Please Note: When comparing warranties on a product that involves assembly by sewing, look closely at what is offered. Some companies will warranty the cover fabric for a specific period of time and the assembly (or sewing itself) for a much shorter time. There is much less value to the product if the sewing warranty (quality of assembly) doesn't match the fabric warranty. That is why we offer a FULL WARRANTY on all our Boat Covers & Bimini Tops!

Official Warranty Details

The materials and workmanship are guaranteed to be free from defects at the time of manufacture.  The warranty does not cover normal wear, weather soiling, oxidization of water repellant, or stains from environmental pollution. The boat cover must be properly secured, cared for & maintained, and stored for the warranty to remain in effect. In addition, the boat cover must be utilized for the purpose for which it was intended.

If there is a defect, Ameri-Brand will repair or replace (at its own discretion) the boat cover FREE OF CHARGE, provided the customer prepays freight to and from our factory. There is a tag sewn directly into each boat cover and bimini top with our toll free # on it should you ever need to contact us.

Warranty Periods For Each Fabric

Sunbrella® or Outdura® Covers

The warranty period for Acrylic Sunbrella or Outdura Boat Covers is:
10 Full Years - beginning from the original date of purchase.
This includes both the fabric AND the cover's construction. Note: These warranties are pro-rated based on the date the customer receives the cover.

Sun-DURA® Marine Polyester Covers

The warranty period for Sun-DURA® Marine Polyester Covers is:
7 Full Years - beginning from the original date of purchase.
This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. Note: These warranties are pro-rated based on the date the customer receives the cover.

100% Marine Polyester Covers

The warranty period for 100% Marine Polyester Covers is:
5 Full Years - beginning from the original date of purchase.
This covers both the fabric AND the construction of the cover. Note: These warranties are pro-rated based on the date the customer receives the cover.
(Colors Include: Haze Gray, Beige, & White)

These warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
