Print the Pool Sweep Repair Form and call us at 530-534-6802 to obtain a Authorization to Ship Number (ASN). After receiving your ASN fill in the Pool Sweep Repair Form and detach the shipping label to the right, making sure your ASN is filled in on this shipping label, and place it on the box in which you are sending your cleaner.
To package your cleaner remove the hose and store it by laying it in a straight line to help prevent future kinking. Keep it away from pets and outside animals. Place the sweep, vacuum, or cleaner in the box. Be sure to include the wall fitting and in-line backup valve if applicable. Place appropriate padding in the box to prevent damage and tape up the box. Next, ship it to us.
After we receive it, we will check it out to see what needs to be done to make it serviceable for you again. You will receive a call from us with the repair and pricing information or a replacement price if the condition of the unit warrants. If you decide to repair it or replace it, we will at that time require your credit card information in order to complete the repairs.
Should you elect not to have the work completed or your unit replaced, the sweep, vacuum, or cleaner will be returned at no charge to you. Why waste your money if a new unit is not needed?
