Step 1. Trouble shoot the switch as per the instructions located at: https://www.websweeper.com/php/pool_domes/resources/pressure_switch.php
Step 2. If the switch is not functioning properly after utilizing the trouble shooting guide, then you must send the switch to the factory to be evaluated.
Step 3. If for some reason sending the switch back to the factory is not possible, a replacement switch can be purchased at: https://www.websweeper.com/php/pool_domes/do-036.php (see Item 5.)
Should you desire to file a warranty claim on your switch (whether you have purchased a replacement switch or not) you can send the original switch back to the manufacturing plant for evaluation (ALONG WITH a NOTE DESCRIBING THE PROBLEM). The address is:

We will place the switch on the testing console and determine the cause of any possible problem.
Should the switch be concluded to be defective and it is under the prorated warranty, we will refund you a proration depending on age and current price of the unit, minus the shipping cost.
