Do I need to have a private
cgi-bin in order to setup my own affiliate program with Ameri-Brand?
No, you do not need a private
or any cgi-bin. Your entire affiliate program is
hosted on the Ameri-Brand server. All you need to do is to cut and
paste a few HTML tags on your web site.
Do my affiliates need
access to a cgi-bin of their own in order to participate in my affiliate
program?
No, your affiliates do not need
a cgi-bin on their web site. The entire affiliate account control center
is hosted on the Ameri-Brand server. All they need to do is to login to
Ameri-Brand to access their account.
How will my affiliates
keep track of their click throughs and sales info?
Ameri-Brand creates an account
in our Affiliate Account Center, for each of your affiliates that sign
up once they are approved by you. An affiliate
can simply login to the Affiliate Account Center and check their stats
online and in real time.
Is there a sample webpage
I can see that shows how I will manage my affiliate program hosted with
Ameri-Brand?

Does Ameri-Brand pay
the affiliate partners directly for the amounts earned according to the
payout rate I set in my program(s)?
Ameri-Brand does not pay your
affiliates. It is your responsibility to check your program statistics
regularly. This is done by logging into your Webmaster Account. In addition,
It is also your responsibility to ensure that all amounts due to your affiliates
are paid fairly and in a timely manner as
mutually agreed to by you and your affiliates when they signed up and you
accepted them.
Can I customize the payout
rate for individual affiliates?
Yes, Ameri-Brand allows you
to set individual pay-out rates for each of your affiliates.
Can I review a web-surfer’s
application to be part of my affiliate program before registering him or
her into my affiliate program?
Yes. Whenever a individual or
organization submits an application to you via your affiliate registration
form, Ameri-Brand places their account on a holding list in your name.
You have the option of examining each applicant in the holding list and
to subsequently either accept or reject each of them.
Those whom you accept are automatically registered
as your affiliates in your program.
Does Ameri-Brand have
an anti-fraud mechanism in place to prevent someone from clicking on affiliate
links repeatedly?

How many affiliates can

Can I pay my affiliates
only when they have reached a certain level of dollar value in their account?
Ameri-Brand understands the
concern of many webmasters that they would prefer to pay commisions to
their affiliates only when a predetermined amount is earned in order to
keep the processing of paperwork to a minimum. Frankly, it's quite a chore
to send out many separate checks for small amouts of money. In the setup
screen of your program, set the "minimum payout" amount to an
amount you feel is encouraging enough to attract
affiliates without overburdening yourself with excess paperwork.
Does Ameri-Brand have
a "mailing service" for webmaster subscribers to allow bulk mailing
to my affiliates?
Yes. Ameri-Brand recognizes
that a valuable feature for our webmasters is the ability to communicate
with some or all of their affiliates quickly and easily. With your Ameri-Brand
affiliate program subscription you receive an easy to edit set of templates
(accessable through your webmaster login screen) that you can use to send
emails to your affiliates. And yes, this mailing service is part of the
Ameri-Brand system and is free.
Does Ameri-Brand maintain
strict confidentiality of the webmasters’ and affiliates’ personal
and business information?
Yes. Ameri-Brand has developed
a strict code of privacy
relating to any and all information transmitted or otherwise entrusted
to us. We have even gone the Extra mile to protect your information by
purchasing and installing our own Thawte
digital certificate on our server to further insure the confidentiality
of it.
Is the Ameri-Brand system
able to handle pay-per-lead or pay-per-sale affiliate programs?
Yes, Ameri-Brand has pay-per-lead
and pay-per-sale affiliate tracking built right in to your program. You
designate during your program setup which type of program you wish to implement.
Your choices are Pay-Per-Click,Pay-Per-Lead, and Pay-Per-Sale.
I will like to pay my
affiliates on a % per sale basis. Can my new Ameri-Brand system do that
too?
Yes, Ameri-Brand can track a
pay-per-sale program for you on a % per sale basis.
Is it possible to track
& pay my affiliates by dollar amount per product?
Yes, the Ameri-Brand affiliate
tracking system is able to do that as well. You can create your own product
database and set individual amounts to be paid out to each affiliate with
differring products.
Can I place the link
to allow anyone to register with my affiliate program on my emails or on
any other media, such as magazines?
Yes, Ameri-Brand allows you
to place your link to your affiliate program registration form on normal
business or personal email. But if you would like to place the link on
any other media such as a magazine, links page, classified area, etc.,please
ensure that the context where your link is placed does not contain any
objectionable contents. This rule also applies to emails. Do not post
links to your affiliate programs by using Email Spam or post to any newsgroups.
Doing so will automatically terminate your account and you will entitled
to no refund.
Does Ameri-Brand offer

If I were to sign up

Can I setup more than
1 affiliate program with Ameri-Brand?
Yes. Your other affiliate program(s)
must be treated as separate accounts under Ameri-Brand. You are allowed
to place the link to your affiliate sign up forms for the rest of your
affiliate programs on your web site. Your affiliates are allowed
to sign up for more than one of your affiliate programs too. To setup your
second affiliate program, follow the same signup procedure as you did for
the first one. A word of advice: Start with a Single
Program and work it very hard for a few weeks. Study our "Tips"
section diligently. As you get used to the system and begin to reap the
rewards of your hard work, you'll begin to see the enormous potential the
Ameri-Brand Affiliate Tracking System
holds for your marketing efforts. After doing this,
then setup another program.
How long does Ameri-Brand
take to setup my account?
Technically speaking, Ameri-Brand
takes just about 30 minutes to setup your own affiliate program account
on the Ameri-Brand system. But this setup process only begins when Ameri-Brand
receives in full your set-up fee and your first months subscription payment.
This means that Online Credit
Card Orders are activated almost immediately. Orders placed
by Credit Card via fax are processed as time allows. Mail in orders paid
by check are activated when your check clears our bank. (We only accept
checks drrawn on US banks) Hence, the time it takes to have your account
