Three Year Limited WarrantyAmeri-Dome warranties, to the original purchaser that Ameri- Dome Enclosures are guaranteed against defects in workmanship, defective material or actual weld separation within the welds itself for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase. The first year of this warranty is unconditional relating to defects covered above. The following two (2) years are based on a straight pro-rata basis, governed by the current retail pricing of the dome at the time of the warranty claim. This warranty is subject to the following conditions:A. That at all times while the dome is in place, it is anchored in accordance with the instructions provided in the installation guide. B. That the equipment used with the dome (blower and pressure regulator) be that same equipment supplied by Ameri-Dome. C. That the dome be stored in a clean and dry state, out of direct heat. Dome Warranty is activated upon receipt of photos by Ameri-Brand from the purchaser showing proper installation of the swimmiing pool dome. Ameri-Brand will provide written acknowledgment via email that validates the proper installation of the product and will then initiate the warranty. Discoloration from bacteria or algae accrued during storage is not part of this warranty. Please consult the installation instructions with regard to curing algae stain due to moisture being in with the dome during storage. Mechanical equipment furnished with the Ameri-Dome Pool Enclosure is warranted for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This includes the blower motor, pressure switch and zipper entries. Zipper life is wholly dependent on proper usage and is not covered under this warranty. See installation instructions for proper usage and care of the zipper. A spare zipper was included with your dome should you ever need it. If needed, the pressure switch controlling the blower motor can in nearly all cases be properly adjusted in the field to the proper setting. Please refer to the Pressure Switch Trouble shooting guide that came with the dome or see a copy of the info HERE. A copy of the warranty claim procedure for the pressure switch is located HERE. Note that, while adjustments can be made to the pressure switch, they are seldom necessary and should not be made without first consulting the trouble shooting guide. A particular item to be aware of is if the blower fails to turn off. If this occurs, look for any area of air loss around the dome. Air loss is the primary reason for a switch failing to activate. Should the enclosure appear to be defective, it should be removed, cleaned, dried, and placed in the original carton. After obtaining written authorization from Ameri-Dome, the dome may then be returned to the factory, freight pre-paid, for inspection. If the factory inspection confirms the claimed defect, the enclosure will be repaired or replaced at the option of Ameri-Dome. This warranty does not apply to tears, punctures, undue abuse, or any damage caused by improper installation, vandalism, windstorms, or use of the dome for a purpose other than it was specifically designed. This warranty is in lieu of any and all warranties, either expressed or implied. No terms of this warranty may be changed without the express written consent of Ameri-Dome, and no other person or entity is authorized to assume for us any other liability for consequential damage resulting from or out of the use of this product, the entire extent of this warranty being expressed herein. |
