Special Draw-Rope Substitute for Semi-Custom Covers
All Semi-Custom covers come with a Heavy Duty Shock Cord
(Bungee-Type) sewn into the perimeter hem of the cover.
In some instances you might desire to have a Draw Rope (5/16" diameter) sewn into the perimeter instead of the shock cord. Since semi-custom covers are usually a couple of inches longer than the actual length of your boat this would be a great way to get that real tight fit you are looking for. Also if your boat is stored in a position were it is hard to maneuver around the boat freely this is a good way to tighten it down from the position you choose. You can have the draw rope exit the cover on the bow or stern.
