Dont be shy on sending too many pictures. If you take 4-5 pictures, chances are you'll have 2-3 good ones. If you take 8-10 pictures, chances are you'll have at least 5-6 good ones that we can use to help assist you.

Our Customer Service sections gives us a chance to explain what we need from you to help solve your problems efficiently. It's generally a good idea to take numerous pictures from multiple angles. Since we obviously can't be there to help you in a hands on fashion, this helps us get a sense of which direction we can best lead you in.

Things that will help us based from your purchased product:

Pools (Domes, Liners, Covers, etc.)

The address where the pool is located so we can view it from a satellite
Many pictures of the problem area as well as the surrounding area
Any extra information you believe would be helpful to us

Boat Covers and Biminis

Specs of your boat: Make, Model, Year, Length, Beam, etc.

Tank Liners

These are circumstances for these are normally pretty personalized as far as where they are being installed.
Descriptive pictures for Tank Liners are very important for us to assist you
